Years 5 and 6 enjoyed a fabulous day at Bletchley Park this Tuesday.  We put our codebreaking skills to the test and learnt about the crucial role intelligence played in the success of the D-Day landings.  It was a real treat learning about figures such as Alan Turing and Mavis Batey, brilliant minds that cracked German codes and were critical to the war effort.  A huge thank you to BT for sponsoring our visit and Mrs. Grant for organising it.
