This week our Shining Stars are; Ruby, Ellis, Toby and Lincoln.
Ruby was chosen for having a brilliant week across all areas of learning. We were especially proud of Ruby’s home learning. She had a go at creating her own version of Jack and the Beanstalk and it is incredible. Ruby put in so much time and effort to retell the story, we are so impressed. Well done!
Ellis was chosen for carefully choosing adjectives to describe his owl in his writing. He chose some interesting words and challenged himself with difficult spellings. Well done, Ellis!
Toby was chosen for showing fantastic friendship and respect by working well within a team. He worked well with others and helped harmonise the group so that everyone was working together effectively. Despite not winning the overall prize, as a team they worked well together and showed the values of Trinity well. Excellent leadership skills.
Lincoln was chosen for his fantastic setting description. Imagine you are the eye of the storm! Lincoln’s carefully chosen, dramatic words really enabled us to create a picture in our heads as readers. Brilliant!
