This week our Shining Stars are; Jack, Joe, Fionn and Darcey-Rose.
Jack was chosen for working incredibly hard during English. He is segmenting words on his own and having a go at labelling irregular words. Jack is becoming a confident writer and trying to write without a sound mat in phonics. We are so proud of you Jack, keep it up!
Joe was chosen for carefully writing some great sentences about feelings. He chose some interesting words and challenged himself with difficult spellings. We are so proud of him! Well done, Joe!
Fionn was chosen for how efficiently he was working in Guided Reading. He was great at communicating with his peers in his group and was able to predict ideas effectively. He was also able to link his ideas back to what was written in the text and refer to the text when discussing answers. Well done for the accurate reading work, Fionn.
Darcey-Rose was chosen for always showing our school values of courage, friendship and respect. We are proud of her for being a courageous learner, for being a kind, reliable friend and for showing respect to everyone in our Trinity family. Thank you for being such an asset to Beech and our school.
