Willow Class children are our shining stars this week because they have settled very well and completed their first week of full-time education. They are following routines, understanding rules, showing our school values and being fantastic learners. Well done Willow class we are all so proud of you!
Eleanor is Ash Class' shining star this week because she has worked really hard in maths, doing a great job at using part-whole models to write number sentences for addition.
Connie B is Elm Class' shining star this week because she has worked incredibly hard in English this week writing her story about Marcy and the Riddle of the Sphinx. She's used all the skills we've been exploring accurately, noun phrases, prepositional phrases and selecting vocab to show character. Not only that but she's been more confident in answering questions in class and even read aloud in Guided Reading! Keep up the great work Connie.
Max is Beech Class' shining tar this week because of his excellent effort and determination when rounding numbers to the nearest 10, 100, 1000, 10,000 and 100,000.
Rhea is Beech Class' shining star this week for her accuracy in Maths. She did a brilliant job with square and cube numbers and then got stuck into long multiplication, working with precision. Very well done!
