Our shining stars this week are: Daniel; Eleanor; Abi; Gabi; Lissy and Amelia.
Daniel was chosen for his excellent recall of the Diwali story of Rama and Sita. He used vivid, descriptive language and accurate character names to retell the story in detail. Daniel also showed great oracy skills during imaginative play, using the small-world area and puppets to act out the story and encouraging his friends to join in. Well done, Daniel! Keep up the fantastic learning!
Eleanor was chosen for her science work. She carefully made a table an drew pictures to show how she has changed as she has grown. Her work is neat and her pictures are labelled. Well done Eleanor!
Abi, Gabi and Lissy were chosen because of their fantastic efforts in Computing. They worked fantastically as a team incorporating all the skills we looked at into their work like: good framing; subtle movement and taking frames frequently. The whole class were impressed with what they pulled off. Well done!
Amelia was chosen because of her excellent use of inverted commas and descriptive sentence to capture the mood and tension in a setting. Well done Amelia!
