This week our Shining Stars are; Olivia, Harry, Archie, Isabella and Dexter.
Olivia was chosen for impressing us with her maths and being able to recall four 2D shapes. She has shown great engagement in her learning and perseveres with the activities in class until she is completely finished.
Harry was chosen for his perseverance in maths lessons about 3D shapes. In the beginning he found them tricky and got some of them muddled, but now he can name them and is very keen to contribute his new ideas and answers with the class.
Archie was chosen for giving his full attention and contributing fantastic ideas in English lessons about past and present progressive tense.
Isabella was chosen for confidently changing a well known narrative into a play, the work she produced was very creative and generally just lovely.
Dexter was chosen for his perseverance in maths as well! Despite missing a bit of time in class, he impressed us with his can-do attitude in catching up and wowed us with his understanding of fractions and converting metric units.
