This week the recipient of the Shining Light Award is Eva.

She was nominated by Sophia, Iyla and Kiki.

Eva has shown great perseverance and bravery. She was also first on the scene to help a younger child who was struggling in the dining hall, she was described as being ‘straight to the rescue’.

Well done Eva!

Recognition of nominees;

Emily for always being kind, caring, responsible and creative. She helped a child when they were extremely upset.

Indigo helped Jaimee to feel better when she was sad and helped to reunite her with her lost drinks bottle.

Cecily gave Abigail a big hug and a lot of support when she got hit by a ball.

Jaimee for always showing school values wherever she is and for always making her friends feel happy when they are sad.

Rosie helped some younger children to reach a rope from the back of the PlayPod.

Tilly for being a good friend to Katy.

Ethan B came to see if Melissa was ok when she had a headache.

Maya for keeping Mrs Townsend company in the library and for showing great friendship.

Arnie for helping Mrs Townsend to find the library book categories and for showing perseverance with such a big task.

Caspar for being really good even when he has a bad leg.

Theo for being great at explaining games on the playground so that all of his friends can join in.
