This week our Shining Stars are; Ruby, Jack, Martha and Darcey.
Ruby was chosen for showing bravery and resilience on a number of occasions. For example when she hurt herself and had to visit the hospital, persevering with new letters in phonics and answering her name in the register with confidence.
Jack was chosen for his lovely instruction writing. He persevered and even went back to add more detail. He is showing great character by keeping going when it is tough.
Martha was chosen for working extra hard in Maths. Each day, she gets her head down and does her absolute best. She challenges herself in lessons and listens incredibly well.
Darcey was chosen for showing self-belief with her Maths. She successfully got to grips with both the partitioning and adjusting strategy to add mentally. She also solved the first Code Breaker Challenge.
Well done everyone, you have all done such a good job at showing perseverance in your own wonderful ways.
