Our Shining Stars this week are: Sophie; Guy; Freddie; Poppy and Joseph.
Sophie is Willow Class shining star because she is trying her hardest in Phonic and writing lessons. Sophie can recognise all phase 2 graphemes and can say the correct corresponding phoneme. Sophie listens out for all phonemes in a word and will carefully write down the graphemes to write words correctly. Fantastic segmenting Sophie! Well done!
Guy is Ash Class shining star this week because he did an amazing job creating his lever during our DT lesson. He was careful putting it together and decorated it brilliantly. Well done Guy!
Freddie is Elm Class shining star this week because he worked really hard to create a great piece of writing about the water cycle. He wrote in paragraphs with very neat handwriting and some great vocabulary choices. Well done!
Poppy is Beech Class shining star this week because of her excellent effort in Maths this week showing a great understanding of how to convert mixed number and improper fractions. Well done Poppy!
Joseph is Beech Class shining star this week for a huge improvement in his handwriting. Clear letters and joins - very well done!
