Evelyn was chosen because she has been a fantastic independent and creative learner. Evelyn worked incredibly hard to create her junk model house, on her own with only a little adult support. She came up with wonderful ideas and executed them well. Well done Evelyn, we are very proud of you!
Fryderick was chosen because he has been working hard with his writing. He wrote some fantastic questions and remembered to include question marks. Well done!
Johnny was chosen this week because he has settled in well, worked really hard in every lesson - especially math - where he has shown a keen attitude to learning, focus and has managed to show plenty of success in every lesson this week. He also managed to become our Maths Champion on his first attempt - well done Johnny!
Sophia was chosen because of her fantastic use of sensory detail when describing a setting
Toby was chosen this week for great research into the capybara as part of our Science work on adaptation. Did you know the capybara has webbed feet like frogs and ducks to enable them to swim fast? Or that its eyes, ears and nostrils are on top of its head so that they can remain submerged and hidden from predators? Well done on an excellent piece of work.
